Thank you for my beautiful black galaxy countertops. It looks wonderful. It was great working with you guys! I definitely recommend this company.

Terrible experience: They did my kitchen top. Apparently a small piece was broken out and simply glued on becoming more and more visible every month. They did not show in time for the first appointment and then just took a photo. Second time they did not show at all and when I called the manager had decided not to touch this. Find a more reliable shop!

I called Granite MR one day prior to coming there and was reassured that they had a granite remnant of that particular size and color that I needed for my project. On Saturday, I finally got there after a 40-minute drive only to find out that they did not have the color I needed. I was offered, though, to have it cut from a new slab for a triple price. I expressed my disappointment and asked the guy who spoke with a thick accent to make sure they do not provide their customers with misleading information in the future to avoid wasting time. Instead of usual apologies, I was rudely interrupted and told: “you are that type of a customer. Get out of MY store”. I am sorry, but I gave this guy an F rating for his customer communication skills. Guess what I heard in return? "F… you!"



Wow, what a conversation. I truly experienced the difference just as stated on their website.



If this guy is indeed Granite MR owner, I am surprised he is still in business. If this is the way they treat prospective customers, then I can imagine how they resolve issues with unhappy/dissatisfied clients who already gave them their money.
