Asia Massage Reflexology

I received a gift certificate from my husband for Christmas from this place. When I went there, nobody spoke and understood the English language for one. When I was brought back for my massage,my masseuse looked at my back, opened the door to my room and started speaking in their language to another person who works there. She then started massaging me through a thick towel. When I said something to her about it, she called the other employee back. She said that they were going to massage me through the towel because they didn't want the "blisters" to pop. They both were made aware that the blisters were actually tumors under my skin and that they were not contagious or would not bust. Then they said that they would use a sheet instead of the towel. Once again they were made aware that the tumors were not going to bust nor were they contagious. They then called their manager on the phone and spoke with her. They then handed me the phone and the manager told me that they were not able to massage me. When I asked why, she responded," I don't know." When I told her what I had told the others,she once again stated that they couldn't do it. At this point, I was so mad at everyone there and made it clear to them that it was discrimination and I wanted my money back for the gift certificate! As I was leaving, they did return my money and all my masseur could say was, " I'm sorry." I will tell everyone that will listen how bad of a establishment this place is!

For the record, I have a neurological disorder that presents itself as tiny benign tumors under the skin. Unsightly yes, contagious NO!

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place! They obviously are not knowledgeable and discriminate based on what they perceive is something more serious!!
