We have taken our dogs here for several years. Our dog absolutely loves it and the amazing staff! They are so caring and the facility is clean and up to date. The staff always goes the extra mile in their care. Our dog loves each and every staff member. He gets so excited and soon as we take the exit, and runs right in to play as soon as we park the car.

We are blessed to have such an amazing place to take our fur baby! We can confidently leave him knowing they will love and care for him like they would their own pet.

Great place to take the dogs. Heating and AC in the kennels area, the place did not smell like a kennel. The staff said this is how a kennel should smell. Also, the place has a UV system for purifying the air "killing germs".

I love Canine Country Club! The dogs are happy, the staff is happy. My dogs get so excited as we pull up to the office. I never worry about them while I'm gone. They get to socialize with other dogs, separated by size and/or temperaments.

My first and last experience there... When we called to reserve two kennels for my and my mom's dogs (in case they didn't share well) they said they would just reserve one and moving one of the dogs to a second kennel would not be a problem if it didn't go well. Well, it was a problem. They only had one left when we showed up, so they had to share in spite of what we were told.

I brought a big cushy bed for my 8-year-old lab with arthritis, the exact amount of food for his stay and his medication (post surgery) that required food.

When I picked them up I was told that they had removed the bed because my mom's dog was hogging it, leaving my Lab half on half off because the kennels are so tiny. And worse yet, they returned food to me. There should not have been any food left over. When I questioned this she said she didn't know, maybe he didn't eat all of his food. Hrmmm, a lab skip a meal? No. And if that were true would they really have put it back in the bag?

So my dog who I assume got his medication got some of it without food and had a sick stomach in a cramped kennel, with a pesky dog while lying on the hard concrete with nothing but blankets. When was the last time they were made to lie on a few blankets on concrete for days?

Thanks for absolutely nothing "country club."
