The Technician today was outstanding. She was friendly, efficient, focused, and completed the cleaning in a surprisingly short time. I request her every time and have never been dissatisfied.

Best dental practice.....EVER. If you believe in the adage "You only get once chance to make a first impression", then you will be as pleasantly surprised as I was. From the time I walked in as a new patient, the staff was very welcoming and even gave me a quick tour of the facility. Brooke, my dental assistant took my x-rays and was very nice. Dr. Randol is the consummate professional - kind, courteous, and reassuring. He gave me a comprehensive exam on my first visit and explained a treatment plan for me. I never felt like I was being rushed in order to get the next patient in the chair. Dr. Randol took the time to explain everything and asked several times if I had any questions. Upon exam completion, Dr. Randol gave me his business card where he hand wrote his personal cell phone number on the back in case of emergencies..........I mean, who does that? A doctor that sincerely and genuinely gives a sh*t, that's who. I now know first hand why Dr. Randol's practice has been consistently voted, year after year, as Roseburg's #1 Dentist.

Very shady business practices. I was sent a bill for more than $200.00 a year after my visit. I was told 10 months ago that I had a zero balance when I made a credit card payment by phone. I received no bills or phone calls informing me of an outstanding balance for 10 months. Then - out of the blue- I receive a random bill. They gave many excuses - one included that my insurance company didn't close it out until now- which was a complete fabrication. Needless to say - switching dentists

Best dental experience I've ever had. From the minute I entered the practice every person I interacted with made me feel welcome. Dr. Randol has a warm bedside manner. He was respectful of my preferences and completed a filling and crown in about one hour comfortably. I will be recommending this practice to all my friends and family.
