Ultra Advanced Collision

If you are at an Auto Body Shop... chances are your quite annoyed and inconvenienced! You are probably waiting for some guy to make your day worse.. least these have been my experiences with Shops! I was introduced to Dennis and his team a long time ago and while it would be better to see them over dinner and drinks... all our meetings are b/c something really bad and inconvenient has occurred with our vehicle!
Dennis and his son Alex know the business and in every instance has fought the insurance companies to make sure all my expenses were covered... they work with you... respond to messages at all hours... I trust them with the vehicles that protect me and my family! Their work is outstanding and they do not allow insurance adjusters to cut corners - which they are paid to do! I appreciate the 'Old School' approach... you are not getting over on this family!
I havent seen Utlra Advanced Team in 8 years (thankfully) but I got rear-ended on way home from family vacation last week...I walked in and it was like old times... They did the report, they haggled w/ the other person's insurance... got me in a rental on the other insurances dime right away.. and less than a week got me a quote and have started the work! I know they will get the factory parts for me and make sure my SUV is fixed correctly.
They dont do whats best for the insurance company... they do what the customer wants! Unfortunately from what my friends and family tell me.. that is rare.. its why everyone now goes to Ultra Advanced!

Terrible, terrible, terrible, terrible! Attempted to schedule an appointment for the "in house adjuster" two weeks pass by and it's impossible to get a professional response. Today, I heard "he will call you in an hour" 5 times! If I didn't call back I'd still be waiting. Stay away from these crooks!
