        ACME bus co.



        My mom got into a small accident with a school bus. The insurance company paid the claim over a year ago. My mom got a court notice that they are suing her for loss of bus use. Insurance lawyer said that ACME Bus Co. does this all the time as a shake down scam to get money out of people that dont know any better. Acme doesnt even show up for the court dates and after 3 postponements the courts dismiss the claim. in the mean time ACME scares innocent people into paying them. In order for it to be legal for you to owe anyone there has to be a court ordered judgement.
