Vivid Nails

I went there twice because my bf got me a gift card. The worse I've ever had. My cuticles bled, my polish didn't last n the place is not clean !! Will never go again!!!!!

First to the previous reviewer - you're probably a cheapo that wants super-sized fries for a dollar menu price. If you would have read their prices, it showed $15 & up for a fill. What do you think that "up" stands for? Free? I'm pretty sure you had either long nails or went for a fill after 3+ weeks. I've been getting my nails done there since 2005 and have always had great service. It's obvious that you always want something for nothing and if you don't get it your way, you go all Godzilla. The pedicures are great too by the way!

Recently moved to Fairview Park from southern Ohio and looking for nail salon. I visited Vivid Nails and was really disappointed. The sign on the window and their price list stated fills were $15. When I prepared to pay for my fill they told me I owed nineteen dollars and change. I was flabergasted. When I asked to speak to the manager I was first told he was not there, then the guy who did my nails comes from the back stating he was the manager (!). When I asked why I was charged more than the advertised price he said it was because my nails were long (I'm an admin asst - i couldn't type w/ long nails). I held up my hand and said "really". Then he changes and says - my nail beds were long. (imagine my surprise - short stubby fingers w/ long nail beds????). At that point I realized I was going to be ripped off so I just told the "manager" that I was not happy - their business practices were unfair and that I would not be back. Unless you have unlimited funds and don't mind arbitrary pricing STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP!!
