Snag-A-Cab

I "snagged" a ride home from buddy from the beach bars one night. When I went to pay him I put my phone on the floor board to reach for my wallet. When I got out the cab I immediately forgot that I had left my phone on the floor board. I tried calling him with no answer. When I finally got a hold of him he said there's no phone in here and left it at that. I found it days later in someone's yard. Well how I know it was him 1) I tracked my phone online leaving in the cab through the iPhone website until he shut it off. 2) his story was sketchy from the start. 3) when I tried calling my phone about two minutes after the cab left and I saw the missed call on my phone but then right after there was an out going call where he accidents swiped the missed call and it called the number back that I had previously called from. 4) and my favorite, I had an app that if someone tries to get in your phone it takes your picture. And guess who I saw? In the military we called people like this buddy fu€*ers. I think buddy is short for that.

Ms. Pam was exceptional she tried to help my family although we were not even in her immediate area. She showed compassion and kindness over and beyond that which was expected!

Ron and Pam are great, they promptly answered my email enquiring about a ride to the airport. They are friendly and professional and I would use their services any day.

I had called 3 of the larger taxis in Wilmington(Lett's, AAA Coastal, and Kat's) 4 hours before needing transportation to the Wilmington Airport. Two of the companies never showed up, and the third, according to my neighbor, was an hour late! In desperation, needing to get to the airport in 20 minutes so I would not miss my flight, I called "Snag-A-Cab", the driver arrived within 10 minutes, loaded all my bags, and was able to get me to the airport just in time. Coach Ron was a very polite man and carried on a very relaxing conversation on the ride. I have riden with almost every taxi company in Wilmington as I travel on a weekly basis, I have to say this was the CLEANEST TAXI that I have ever riden in. Not only was the taxi clean, the driver was clean and very neatly dressed.
SNAG-A-CAB will be the ONLY TAXI COMPANY I WILL EVER USE AGAIN!
If you travel or are just in need of transportation ANYWHERE, PLEASE take my advice and give this company a try! I am very positive that you will be much more than pleasantly surprised and that a taxi ride can be an enjoyable experience rather than the nightmare of being late, being overcharged, missing your flight, and riding in a nasty vehicle with a driver that isn't polite, and doesn't appear to care if you miss your flight or not!
