Lisa with Alford Septic Solutions deserves higher. Years ago, an upgrade was completed on my Septic System but unfortunately, I could not find the name of the company that completed the work or when it was completed due to computer issues. I desperately needed this information. After calling around too many companies to see if anyone could help me. This is when I had the pleasure of talking to Lisa. She took the time to listen to my situation and asked me for the information she needed to see if I was in their system.

She explained that due to the time frame I was seeking it would be by the close of business before she could let me know if I was a previous customer or not. Not only did she kept her promise of contacting me by the close of business but she sent me copies of original pictures from the work that was completed by the company in 2014. She was a true Godsend for me. The young man that completed the work back in 2014 did an excellent job as well. He was very polite and knowledgeable.
