        Been in our Log Home 12 years,...

        Been in our Log Home 12 years, it has leaked ever since, was put together my Scott McCullough crew - would not come back to fix anything, where the second story meets the first you could see daylight but all they did was caulk, windows are leaking bad....just sick we ever built a log home. No help from the Original Log Home place where we bought everything. Worst decision we ever made. Please do your homework before building one.

        Original Log Cabin Homes is absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with for any product my entire life. Once the contract is signed, you are treated like garbage by every person in the company, including the Founder/Owner. Their product is overpriced, and you will end up paying about 25% more to get your package. If you want to make any minor modifications to the plan, be prepared to cough up thousands. They do not kiln-dry their logs, and will not guarantee a moisture content. Find out what is NOT included in the package, like the subfloor. Talk to a knowledgeable log builder about what these people are including in the package before you sign anything. And have a good lawyer look at the contract. I didn't do any of these things and I paid a huge price for it. Do NOT buy anything from this wretched company - you will regret it.
