The Door Guy

The last storm that came through fried the control panel of my garage door opener. After a lengthy search on the good ol net, I chose the "The Door Guy" based on posted feedback.

He came the same day I called, accurateley assessed the problem and gave me a quote that was more then fair. Being the part had to be ordered, installation was scheduled two days later at 9:00 am. At 9:03 am they arrived, went right to work and I had a functioning door opener by 9:20.

The price quote was unchanged, and general maintaince was done without an additional charge. All together a very positive experience.

After an unsuccessful attempt of purchasing the installation of a new garage door from a large company that contracts the work, I found Chris' company online. What luck! He was professional, courteous and reliable. Called me back the same day with a quote within the half hour that he promised. Measured the door opening the same day of receiving the quote. We discussed a date for installation which was for the next week. His associate called the day before the scheduled day and confirmed the date and time. They came (on time) and the old door was removed and replaced with a new one with everything that I had asked (window panes, different spring cable and outside lock). No mess, no fuss and he had and used his own tools. When they left the garage had a new door as ordered and was clean. Chris also provided instructions on maintenance of the lock as well as operation of it. Lastly, he took away the old door. Very satisfied customer in Hollister, NC! Thank you Chris!!!!
