P C Joe's Computer Service

I have a problem with customer service. The employee is very rude. You enter the store he dont greet you or ask may i help you, he just looks at you. Recently I went to pick up my laptop he was talking with another customer, then he continued on about stuff unrelated to computers completely ignoring me standing there with money in hand. Finally I left. Called back to speak with owner of course he didnt know how he could be reached. there are lots of stores willing to take my money and its not the only store in town.I finaly picked up my computer and he had the same attitude. Never will I go there again

Do not take your computer here! I brought my computer here because the monitor kept saying "no connection" and was charged $75 for him to tell me he removed spyware and updated the virus protection. All he was supposed to do was look at it and let me know what he intended to do and how much it would cost. When I got it home, it still didn't work! I took it to another computer repair shop (on Sunset Avenue) and he adjusted the video settings so it now works.From other reviews, this is not the first time he's done this to a former customer.

After moving to the state in 2004 I needed PC work done. I used a service recommended by a relative and was VERY unhappy. Later, I chose PC Joe's and I've been using them ever since. They're very personable, courteous and friendly. I only use PC Joe's for my PC needs.

I went to PC Joe's to get a dianostic done on my PC which they said would be free. Since it turned out that the problem would cost to much to fix, I decided to just come pick my PC now and then replace it later. But when I came to pick up my computer, PC Joe's had added additional speed, updated my virus scan and charged me $55 altogether. I didn't ask them to do anything to my PC and didn't need those service because I was replacing the computer. They never called me to let me know anything. Why would anyone pull that stunt? I will not be visiting them again for my computer needs and I don't suggest that you do either.

I started having all of my computer work done here after a bad experience with another Rocky Mount computer shop. I've been using PC Joe for years and I'll never go anywhere else. Very affordable. Nice guys. Great work. None better!
