Service

I have never had such an awful experience with a service company. I called today because I was having problems with my alarm system & spoke with Lisa who wasn't helpful at all & transfers me to a manager who didn't even have the courtesy to give me his name who was so rude that he stated he should bill me for this call because his employee was on the phone for 20 mins. What kind of manager treats a customer with such a condescending tone. He cut me off as I was trying to educate myself of how the service works and hang up on me. If this is the management that runs this office I wouldn't trust them to monitor my home with their poor service. How can a customer choose the right service if the employee or manager doesn't have the time to be on the phone with a customer. The entire staff needs to go to several customer service seminars. If there were negative stars that would be too generous.
