Heritage Hills Apartments

Currently a tenent and cant wait until my lease is up. I love my apartment, maintence is great & I love my neighbors. BUT Ms. Joyce the landlord is to much to deal with. Her rules dont apply to everyone. You have to have a parking pass for every car that comes to your home inwhich she only allows two that I was informed are $5 each yet new tenents are given two free. There is a tow truck company that comes out at random times who tows your car to some place in Wilson. You are not notified that he is coming and has caused alot of issues with the tenents, when we as tenents inform the landlord of our issues of how the tow truck guy is harrasing and threating us she intern states "Stop provoking him and follow the rules." There is a nice pool that sits in the complex but only two guests are allowed per apartment. She charges what she wants as a late fee inwhichh per documentation should be no more than $23
