Woodside Village Apartments

I have lived here for 4 years and love it. The staff is great and willing to help with any issues. The grounds are beautiful and, all buildings have a clean look. Also there is a lot of great wildlife to see too. There are sidewalks and mature trees throughout the community and a pond. I have had several friends and relatives move into Woodside after seeing my large apartment and they are very happy here as well. There are great ammenities such as a pool,sauna,and barbecues by the pool and a carwash YES a carwash! I would gladly recommend this place to anyone and have. The apartments are spacious and clean. Check it out if you need a nice quiet place to call home.

I just read the review ahead of this one and it was about snow plowing and it not being done..I have lived here 6 years and I am at the back part..and not once did I ever have an issue with snow..not in 6 years...and nobody has ever come in my apartment..ever without asking and never asked unless I requested them to come in..I will say that the son that seems to be in charge treats everyone one like we are low class and out to get him.Not sure of his attitude. I know renting now days you run into all sorts of tenants but having been here as long as I have..and I pay my rent on time and don't bother them unless their equipment needs repairing..I do more than I should and I tell you, I could live anywhere I want...They seem to think that I cannot afford better and I can afford a lot better..I chose this because it was quite and the landscape was fabulous..but I don't stay because I cannot afford to move out..and to be treated like white trash when I can afford to buy this son three times over..its offensive and he needs to learn how to seperate how he treats tenants by how they treat him..I have seen in the time I have lived here, and for a while, they had lots of vacancies so they rented to a bunch of white trash and kids. And when you have people who have lived here 10 to 30 years, they need to appreciate them..NOt the 4 20 somethings that move in and party for three months, and never pay their rent. Or some person who tries to get them to fix everything..I should charge them for the repairs I have done..but when I do come to them with a problem, I am treated like the people who never pay on time or trash their place..I am pretty sure the son that runs this place has never worked anywhere else besides for his dad..which accounts for the ignorance of managing..but it is a beautiful place and they cut the lawn and trim twice a week if needed...and they plow all the time..so no idea what this lady was talking about...not perfect, but sure not anything like she said..Her house before was never taken care of like this I am sure..a B- and all because of the son who does not know how to treat people

The owner of this place comes off really nice at first, they even give you a key chain saying "nice people live here"...that's all fine and dandy except he forgets to mention we go into your apartments announced and we don't ever plow snow...i couldnt even get in the main driveway last winter and had to stay the night at work because they refused to plow it. they promised me a new apartment and wont let me move in because my cats litter box was dirty. Its a beautiful place but be advised that the manager (son of the owner) is a HUGE DOUCHE!!!!!!
