Sleepmed Therapy

I needed a replacement CPOP machine. The clinique agreed to offer me one model only. Despite the poor quality of the machine (very unreliable and with multiple malfunctions) I was rebuked by the "support staff" for asking for another model (You should be grateful for any machine we offer you and I am sorry for trying to help you, are selected examples of the verbal lashing I was introduced to). The treatment was nothing short of abusive. While the technicians who take care of routine maintenance are appropriate, when a problem arises - be ready to be handled with contempt by the "support team". I am searching for professional and respectful service elsewhere.
