My name is William Sanchez and I tried to open an account at this branch but assistant branch manager, Mr. Julio Galo was very rude and looked down on me as to a person having not much money. I had to leave and ended up opening account at PNC bank.

Friendly teller, nice branch manager but assistant branch manager, very arrogant and mean - didn't want to deposit my regular payroll check and when I objected threatened to close all my accounts. His name is Julio Galo, NMLS ID#: 660846. Because of him, I rate otherwise nice branch as 2.
