Primary Care
If your insurance is an HMO/managed care plan and you are required to obtain a referral from your primary care physician, the referral must be obtained before you can be seen for an office visit. Please coordinate this with your primary care physician in advance. Appointments will be rescheduled if required referrals are not received in the office by the time of your visit.

Eye Exam
During your initial consultation, your doctor will examine your eyelids and test skin elasticity. Your vision and tear production will be measured. It is helpful to bring the records from your most recent eye exam.

A tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) is a cosmetic surgery procedure that is used to create a firmer flatter abdomen. It is common for excess fat deposits and loose sagging skin to develop in the abdomen as a result of aging, weight gain, loss of elasticity of the skin, heredity, and childbirth. For some people the abdomen protrudes despite dieting and exercise. A tummy tuck surgically removes excess fat and tissue. Additionally, the stomach muscles are tightened creating a smoother more youthful silhouette.

Ultrasound
Liposuction, also known as lipoplasty, liposculpture, or suction assisted lipectomy is one of the most popular cosmetic surgery procedures. Through small incisions, liposuction sculpts the body by removing undesirable fat from areas such as the abdomen, waist, hips, buttocks, thighs, knees, chin, neck, and upper arms that have not responded to diet and exercise. The procedure is performed with the tumescent technique, which involves the injection of fluid into the treatment area to aid in the smooth removal of fat. Liposuction can be enhanced with the use of ultrasound, and ultrasound assisted liposuction (UAL) is often used to remove fat from hard to treat locations.

Wound Care
You will receive medication for post procedure pain and specific instructions for wound care. You will wear a surgical support bra or elastic bandage to support your breasts. Your stitches will be removed at several follow-up appointments. Your doctor will gradually increase your activity level. It may take time for swelling to resolve and several months for incision lines to fade. The results of your procedure are immediately visible.
Minimally Invasive Surgery
Excess tissue Forehead lift surgery, also known as a browlift, aims to revitalize drooping or lines on the forehead, which can aesthetically help a person look more relaxed. Using either traditional or minimally-invasive surgery, the muscles above the eyes are altered endoscopically, to smooth lines and raise the eyebrows for a more youthful appearance. The procedure is often combined with other operations such as blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery) and a facelift, to improve the look of the eyes and other areas of the face. During forehead lift surgery, the newest approach is endoscopic surgery. Several small incisions are placed just behind the hairline and a device called an endoscope is used to assist in the surgery. After this procedure, results have shown to produce minimal scarring, allowing people to have a faster recovery.
Ear Surgery
No set of ears are exactly alike, but some people find protruding ears to be unattractive or bothersome. They can make children and adults self-conscious and the target of teasing. Fortunately, cosmetic ear surgery called otoplasty can reposition the ears closer to the head. Otoplasty is a common procedure that is successfully completed on thousands of people each year.

Brow Lift
There are a few surgery techniques that can be used for a brow lift, and your doctor will help you select the most appropriate option for you.
Eyelid Surgery
For upper eyelid surgery, fine incisions are made in the natural eyelid crease. Fat, excess skin, and sagging muscles may be removed depending upon the desired results and observed problems. The muscles or actual eyelids may be tightened and the incision is closed with tiny stitches. After healing, the incision line is barely visible because it is in the natural eyelid crease.
Liposuction
Liposuction is a procedure where fat cells are sucked away from under the skin, with the goal of improving the contour and proportion of the patient’s body. Sometimes fat in certain places on the body doesn’t go away with traditional exercise. Liposuction can help get rid of multiple trouble areas, and the results are effective.
Breast Augmentation
Breast augmentation is most commonly an outpatient procedure. Breast augmentation can be performed at a doctor’s surgical suite, hospital, or outpatient surgery center. It may be performed with general anesthesia or local anesthesia with sedation.
Breast Reduction
A breast reduction (mammaplasty) is a cosmetic or reconstructive surgical procedure that is used to remove excess breast tissue, and reduce the size of the breasts. Women with large breasts may experience back and shoulder discomfort or pain, activity limitations, and self-consciousness. Overly large breasts can cause indentations in the shoulders from bra straps and skin irritation beneath the breast. Breast reduction can help reduce such symptoms as well as create a breast size that is in better proportion with a woman’s figure.
Breast Lift
There are a few surgical methods for breast lift procedures. The procedures are similar in that they remove excess tissue and tighten, firm, and reshape the breast. The procedures differ in the specific incision patterns and techniques. Your doctor will determine the most appropriate breast lift procedure based on your breast characteristics.

Thigh Lift
A thigh lift corrects the appearance of the inner, outer, or mid thigh. The incision varies according to the area being treated. Excess fat and tissue are removed surgically, with liposuction, or both. The result is firmer proportioned thighs.
Face Lift
A face lift removes excess fat and sagging skin which has lost elasticity from the lower portion of the face, jaw line, and neck. It improves the appearance of wrinkles or excess skin located on the cheeks, neck, or that run from the corner of the nose to the corner of the mouth. A face lift removes or softens jowls and sagging skin on the cheeks and neck to create an angular well-defined jaw line.
Neck Lift
Blepharoplasty
Eyelid surgery will result in a brighter appearance to the eyes and face. Even though this is typically a cosmetic procedure, this procedure can also improve the patient’s vision by lifting their droopy eyelids out of their field of vision. During eyelid surgery, incisions are made along the eyelids in hidden places, and in some cases within the eyelids, in order to reduce and produce no visible scars. Blepharoplasty may be performed by itself or in combination with other rejuvenation procedures.
Abdominoplasty
Tummy Tuck surgery, also known as abdominoplasty, helps to flatten and shape the abdomen and waist. The procedure is used to remove excess skin and fat on the abdomen. The best candidates for an Abdominoplasty are those who have excess skin and fat, or weakened abdominal muscles due to age, pregnancy, or obesity. An abdominoplasty is not entirely a minimally invasive or scar-free surgery. Most surgeons try to use tummy tuck techniques that use the smallest incision possible, and that leave scars in a place that will be covered by a standard bikini. During surgery, the abdominal muscles are tightened, and the excess skin and fat are removed. Abdominoplasty may be performed by itself or in combination with other rejuvenation procedures.
