I came here for years and within the last two years when you make an appointment they tell you to come at 11am but the real appointment is at 12pm. When you ask them why they told you 11am they said that they meant 12pm but they needed you to come early to fill out papers. This should not happen they should tell you the real time and just ask you to come 15 or 20 minutes early to fill out papers. They actually think they are right because the admit the told you the wrong time but continue to say but I meant 12pm like we are mind readers. I never went back to them because you can tell by their attitude that this practice is going to continue. Also the wait time is very long. I don't know what happened because they use to be good.
