Whitney Ranch Apartments

The staff sends your money order to corporate right away which should have been a cashiers check not a money order should have checked all income but didn't follow protocol was rude in the end will never apply for this place again... and yes managers doesn't admit fault.

Been here a few months - staff was nice and helpful at first - now when I call the office for a maintenance request or a question I get RUSHED off the phone and the maintenance guy shows up WEEKS after my request! The apartment is nice but I have heard from neighbors who moved out last week that the re-certification process here to keep renting is "unjust" and people have been kicked out because of the manager's inability to be admit fault. That scares me so we are already looking for another place to live.

I just moved here about a month ago, and I absolutely love it here! The staff here are all prompt when you need something and actually care about this complex. I chose this place because of it's reputation of having rules that actually need to be followed. There are nosy neighbors here, but after the last apartment complex I was at where it was just a place for college kids to party and was run-down and filled with trashy people, I can appreciate it because everyone cares here about keeping it nice. It is very quiet and family-oriented.

I am considering moving here but I am concerned about people who are having problems with "Joan". I want a safe, quiet place to live, my husband & I will follow the rules - that is what makes me LIKE Whitney ranch. But I do not want to deal with drama and someone who causes problems when I want to live in peace. Any advice? Joan - any suggestions?

This is ro reply to the racist and stereotypical remarks made by the bigots who think they are the judge and jury, Number one only God will be the judge . Number two have you ever heard of heresay and third party information. You have made the mistake of racial profiling and discrimination. There are documented accounts of racist remarks made by the wonderful Joan aka Mrs, Kravitz. We all know you have broken many rules yourself Joan, as the saying goes people that live in glass houses should not throw stones. We know you would stoop so low and do whatever you can to be in managements good graces such as lying, snooping and embelishing on the truth to fit yiour agenda, I'm sure you don't want to end up like before a homeless transient. Background checks on you are not so flattering. I caution you discrimination, racial profiling, retalitaion and unfounded accusations are not in compliance with renters rights. Joan is there something going on that you think we don't know about? Think again.

Here's the deal. I know this property like the back of my hand, and the ones that complain are the ones who are breaking the rules. I wish I could comment on all of them. Yes there is a resident named Joan, and I would rather have her there them some thugs and drug dealers. She the one that will watch your place when your not home. Yes she makes sure everyone follows the rules, and yes it can annoying but people realize her heart is in the right place and she is doing it to protect where she lives and everyone else. Joy is a great manager! Of course the bad apples aren't going to like her, that's a good thing. I wouldn't want a manger that sits on their bum doing nothing about everything. :) Just speaking the truth.

my name is joan and i live at whitny ranch. who ever is saying bad stuff about joy. stop it. she treats everyone the same no matter how differnent u are. she treats me the same as everyone else.got it..i get in trouble just like you all do.. and yes if you are doing things you shouldnt do. then yes i am telling on you. you all know the rules. and everyone brecks them.they lie too joy about haveing a pet then they sneck them in ..and sneak in a room mates.. then i will tell joy and then she dose something about it.i think sant anton needs too do something special for all there empolyees they work so hard .and then you got some that dont work at all.. and i love joy and frank frank work so hard he dose everything oh and the landscaper well they do such a bad bad job half the complexe thinks the same way. i want you all too leave me alone if you dont like it well then move there are so many on the wait list here we dont need people like u complaners living here if you dont like me telling on you well obey the dam rules.i am sick and tried of all you dang cry babys wow got that off my chest joy you and frank are awsome frank dose the best job in the world. i dont care what these people say wes joy and frank do a dang good joy time for a raise i wish i was the boss i would send frank and joy and margart and rachel i would send them some were nice for there hard work i just had too say how i feel sorry joy and frank

I lived in these apartments for 11/2 years...They are very nice but the office staff (Joy) is horrible...I moved out because of a nosy neighbor named Joan. She was always in everyones business.

Very clean and nice. But there is a snoppy neighbor named Joan. You cant do anything with out her telling managment. Then managment sides with her and let her run the apartments she dosent even work there. So just make sure you dont get a apartment by hers but even if you live on the other side she still snopping over there. People even moved out because they couldn't deal with her. You cant even live because anything you do she is watching. She also asumes if your black or mexican your part of a gang. Or if you have somebody visit she is all in your business. So i suggest before moving in make sure she doesn't live here anymore or make sure managment is listening to a mental patient and make sure you know your rights cause they are constitly in noncompliance with fair housing.
