The UPS Store

Used this location for the first time and will never go back. Took package in as 12:30 PM and at 5:30 PM tracking number was still showing invalid. Called store to verify pick-up and Clerk said the packages for the day had already been "sweeped". I asked to speak with Manager and "Ross" got on the phone. Identified himself as the Owner and said there were 5 packages that were not picked up. I asked if he would check to see if mine was one of them and he was very dismissive of my request said he would not check. He told me to call back the next day if the package doesn't get there. I asked why he wouldn't check as my package needed to get to it's destination the next day. He said he just wasn't going to take the time to do it. He was extremely rude and unfriendly. After a few minutes he still refused to look at 5 packages to verify my package had been picked up. What a jerk, Ross. Such a shameful display of UN-CUSTOMER SERVICE. This jerk does not know how to treat his customers!
