Rocklin Pediatric Dentistry

I love the environment here. What I had a problem with was the front desk. I told them our insurance changed, but wasn't sure what the new one was called. They said not to worry about it, and went ahead with appointments. So, I got a call 3 weeks later that they didn't take our new insurance, and we were responsible for over $200 per child, which would have been covered 100% by our insurance. They settled with us for a lesser amount, but far more than we should have had to pay. And frankly, they should have canceled the appointment until we had all insurance questions answered. The staff were all great with my kids, but their policies should have been dealt with more thoroughly.

Staff is friendly and receptive to might be fearful of the dentist. My daughter loves going there!

Dr. Jessi and Dr. Lora, along with their entire staff are absolutely amazing! They are so patient and kind, my kids love going to the dentist!

I was impressed with the experience we had. The office and staff are welcoming, fun and professional!

Can't say enough great things. My son loves going to the dentist no tears and he looks forward to going. Enough said :)

The team at rocklin pediatric dentistry is really great! I'd say the Dr.s and their team typically...but you can tell right away that the entire office is a fine-tuned machine where all its parts are essential for the top-notch experience you receive. They really strive to make kids love the dentist. There are movies and toys and kind words, oh my!

This dentist was great when my children were young but not so great as they became teenagers. Privacy is not protected as children's health is discussed in the waiting room in front of other parents.

They are so great with kids. Phenomenal work! They do fun challenges and contests for fun prizes for the kiddos

Went here after having issues with my daughter at a regular dentist. The smaller chairs, friendly staff and the specialization to children made her relaxed and now loves coming to the dentist.
