This place usually always has what I need for my craft projects as well as the "kids" school projects. Service is always with a smile but lines are at times long.

Large store with great selection. Busy at times so it can be difficult to find someone to help if needed. Love the coupon policy. Can use multiple coupons along with competitor's coupons.

I was recently impressed and thankful for the amazing cashier at Jo-Ann's who looked up some online coupons for me to give me a their discount. She saved me $30. Love their customer service!

Jo-Anns has so many supplies I need for home projects and teaching. BUT every time I come, the line is incredibly long. They need more cashiers to get customers through faster. Frustrating.

This store has a wide variety of craft products for every project. The classes taught there are also fun and educational. We've taken several and enjoyed them all.

Great variety of various crafting projects supplies. It gets a 5 star when you make sure you use a 40 or 50% off coupon for your most expensive thing.

Great store and love that I am able to stack coupons! For those that don't know you can use Hobby Lobby and Michaels coupons there.

This is a huge store that has it all, but you have to be willing to look for it. There's seldom anyone available to ask for assistance. They offer classes that are helpful.

I think I got cheated out of my "craft gene" so I always need lots of help to figure out what I need for a project. Their staff members are always knowledgeable and patient when helping me figure out what I need.
