Cha-Cha's Cocina Mexicana

Unfortunately, we all got food poisoning the time we are here except for my son, so I believe it was from the salsa...

We went at noon. We only saw one employee the entire meal. She seated us and waited on all the tables. Not surprisingly the service was crazy slow. It took 12 minutes from the time I was seated to get a drink. The food was meh and the price was high for what was received. We definitely will NOT return.

Been here a couple of times. Each time we've had great authentic Mexican food and service is great.

We tried Cha-Cha'[s for the first time tonight. This Mexican restaurant is much more authentic than most. Since we were unfamiliar with many of the dishes on the menu, we stuck with enchiladas, but my husband tried an unusual one--mushroom and spinach, which he enjoyed. I appreciated that they had a variety of sauces with which to control the spiciness of the dishes. They are a little more expensive than many Mexican restaurants, but the quality of the food makes going back very probable. The only negative thing I can say is that the margaritas were too expensive ($10) to tempt me.

The food ere is so good! The atmosphere and décor are one of a kind, and almost everything is for sale! Makes waiting for your meal fly by!

The food is okay but I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here, especially when there are many places to choose from.

This restaurant and manager is not even worth 1 star. Horrible service and the rudest manager I have ever seen

This has got to be the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. We had to order our drinks twice and they were incorrect when they finally arrived almost 15 minutes later. Our food was ok, but my daughter was never given her Sunday, which was part of her kids meal. When we tried to pay the waiter noticed that we had a coupon for $10off a bill of $100 or more (Our bill was well over $100 with food and drinks), it took him over 20 minutes to bring our final check out to us. By this time 2 hours after we arrived we were all ready to leave and had been standing by our chairs with payment in had. The waiter left the final check and did not return. We requested from the host that we be able to pay our bill, he said only the waiter can ring us up. So we waited again, this time we went to the host again and requested that a manager ring up us. When we explained to the manager what happened her response was “Well that is what happens when you use a coupon.” You have got to be kidding me!!!!
