Marconi Line built our 14X45 foot porch and attached pool enclosure in early 2006. They wrote on the permit that our porch was pre-existing. It was not. From the very first day, the porch leaks on every seem, and almost every screw. They came and replaced the screws with bigger/longer screws which required (8) eight washers on top of the screws to get them tight. This did not help the leaks and now there is a triping hazard on Top OF OUR ROOF. There are approximately 29 screws through the BOTTOM of the gutter which naturally leaks. When they put the composite roof up, they hit the aluminum with hamers and dented 12 out of 13 panels. We have been trying for two (2) years to get our porch redone. We contacted their insurance company, they came out and inspected the porch and then sent a certified letter stateing they do not cover poor workmanship. The county has no jurisdiction or responsibility - they just collect fees. A complaint has been filed with the State of Florida - but we still have a dented, leaky roof. The owners of Marconi seem to think this is ok. I would not recommend them and if you do use them - be sure to purchase NEW umbrella's to match your patio furinture or you can do what we did - buy a plastic utility building to put UNDER your porch to put your furniture in.
