Attorney Timothy Snead is one of the lawyers in this office that works with Social Security Disability clients. My personal experience was that he was often not comfortable or confident with his role as counselor/ he showed little or no skill in presenting facts or standing up for his client in Social Security Court proceedings with an Administrative Law Judge. Mr. Snead seemed only willing to be "present" and coast through his representation of his client during court proceedings.

He was quick to comment that he did not get "paid" because he lost my claim even though the primary reason my claim was lost was due to "his" negligence, lack of knowledge, skill, effort and preparation not mine.

So if anyone is interested in finding an attorney who will stand up for them fully during their Social Security Disability claim this is not someone who will defend you to the fullest in that process. My suggestion would be to find someone with more conviction, knowledge and skill.
