Black Iron Grill

Stopped by on our way to S. Dakota. One of the best steaks I've ever had. Great salad bar too. Wonderful service. Our waitress was very helpful with routes to take to avoid closed roads due to flooding. Wish I was going through there on my way home so I could stop by again.

The steak was awesome. The only reason that I can't give it 5 stars is because the fries were horrible. They were out of baked potatoes, and the brands of beer and liquor that we wanted. All that doesn't matter though because the steak was so good. Even though the fries were bad the salad bar was very fresh and had a great variety of toppings. Steak is as good as any steak house I have ever been too, Ruth Criss, Shula's etc. Don't judge the place by the sides.

We stopped here on our way back from Branson MO. Better than anything we got in Branson, even the more expensive restaurants. Nothing against Branson they have some good eating, but the steaks and burgers at Black Iron Grill are excellent. Service was very friendly and were very helpful with our childerens messes. I suggested the B.I.G to my inlaws and they loved it.

Tried out the Black Iron at the suggestion of others, how disappointing. It took forever to get a waitress at the table even thought he place was not busy at all. She took our order and left us with nothing to drink, WTH? Once the salads came out, brought by someone else, we asked about drinks and our waitress comes over and asks what we want to drink AGAIN. We'll she did go get our water at this time finally and did not come back till she brought food, with fries instead of baked potatoes with our ribeyes. Both ribeyes were well done instead of medium rare so we asked to send them back, she left them on the table and said she'd have another cooked for each of us. Thirty minutes later no meat and cold fries, when she did finally come out with meat we told her to please return it to the kitchen and bring our check as we are no longer interested in waiting for drinks or service any longer. Alot of good that did, she didn't come back for another 15 minutes with both entree's on our ticket

This is an amazing Steakhouse and the food is the best! Great atmosphere and the people are very friendly! Any occasion and this is where I want to go for a night out of fun and good food!
