I understand they couldn't give me a loan but she didn't have to be rude. I called and she got my information, very friendly at this point. She said she would call me back. After two hours I called back, she said our underwriters didn't approve me and slamed down the phone.

I have never given a bad review for anything. I will stick with my old faithful company.

The main reason I went to Springleaf was I have other business with Springleaf & like to keep business in my community.

The service was excellent & fast! Kind, caring & clear on everything to do with the loan. Even offered additional advice for my financial future & best ways to pursuit my goals.
