Appliance and Furniture World

I got tired of the awful treatment by a local "hometown" store, so went to Appliance World years ago. Recently bought a new Speed Queen washer. Donna was very patient and answered all my questions. Fast "white glove" delivery and we're off. Have used them for years and trust.

I was searching for a dependable washer and dryer, and was referred to Appliance & Furniture World by a friend. They had excellent customer service and were extremely knowledgeable about the different brands and types of washers/dryers. I was given information about SpeedQueen, that they were extremely dependable machines and rarely required service. I did some research and went back to purchase a SpeedQueen set. Again, the service was very prompt and friendly. I purchased my SpeedQueen set in March of 2013, and they have been amazing! I absolutely love my washer and dryer and am relieved with the fact that my machines will probably require little to no service for a lifetime. I recommend Appliance and Furniture World to everyone I know!! Great place to shop for new or used appliances. I was very shocked to find that they have beautiful new furniture as well. Check it out!!!

if you plan to receive bad service and be insulted best place to call don't expect result though!! honestly 0 stars be much better

This is the only place I get my appliances from. The associates are very knowledgeable about appliances and the prices are very reasonable. friendly delivery service. I have referred several of my friends here and they have been pleased.

I bought a dryer from this store because it matched my washer. That is the only reason why I bought it at Appliance World. I paid $203 for this dryer in May, it stopped working 2 weeks after I got it. It came with a 90 day warranty I took it back to them June 6th. They refuse to give me my money back and offered me another used dryer that had no lint screen in it. Then they tell me it will be friday before they could fix it, then it ended up being monday. Then they tell me they couldnt fix it. But they still refuse to give me my money back. So now they have my broke dryer that I paid $203 for and I'm just out of luck. I am so upset with these people I cant even see straight. I just called again this morning and no answer..... So I ended up getting a matching used washer and dryer for $150 from a newspaper ad and it works great! I will never ever buy anything else from this place. They crapped me out of my money and a dryer.. Lesson Learned!!!
