I have been going to Tresses since it opened up - I even went to Empire Beauty school and had Christine do my hair there - I have known this lady for a long time - her dedication is amazing - Tresses is amazing - her staff is amazing - I'm a very hard person to please - I hate my hair and poor Christine has to keep putting up with me - if you are looking for a relaxed, welcoming place to go - head to Tresses. I am fairly new to Tresses, and I absolutely love it. The salon is very warm and inviting, and the girls put you at ease right away. Christine cuts and colors my hair, and she gives lots of helpful advice on how to extend the life of my color, as well as style tips. I'm very pleased with the service I've received, and I consider myself a "regular".

TRESSES is a wonderful, warm, friendly, relaxing atmosphere with top notch customer service. I have been to the salon several times for pedicures and love every second that I am there. I enjoy the cleanliness of the salon, and just chatting with the friendly staff, on top of the wonderful service I receive every time I am there. I highly recommend this fabulous salon to anyone who is "shopping" for a fun, "hip" new place. :)

I had the opportunity to get services at Tresses Salon while visiting New Hampshire this summer, I am from the PA area. I so wish I lived closer as I would make this my Salon of choice. The atmosphere is not only gorgeous and clean, but the customer service is phenominal!! Good customer service is so hard to come by these days. Me and my girls really enjoyed our services Tresses provided and we absolutely loved every minute of our time there! We were relaxed, had fun and got great pedi's and mani's.. Thank you so much. I've been to Tresses a couple of times: once with my teenaged daughter and once by myself. I've always been greeted warmly and have not one complaint with the services I received: Shellac, waxing and tinsel in my daughters hair :) Thanks Christine and staff!

The salon is relaxing with a wide range of services. Customer service is excellent and you definately leave looking great AND feeling pampered. The salon owner is incredibly customer service focused and knowledgable about the trade.

I have used Tresses since before they moved over to the TD Bank Plaza, I have never experienced anything less than professionalism and top quality. The owner Christine, goes above and beyond to make her staff and clients feel at home and most of all "Pampered", which is why us women choose to go to a salon like that. The best salon I have ever been to, whenever I get my hair done I always choose this salon even though I have one right down the street from my house. They respect my wishes everytime and I have never had an issue with them. Although everyone has their opinions, I have ha my hair cut done by the owner herself everytime and she is awesome at it and gives very good advice. I attend tresses all the time and I have never had an issue with her ever, she is nothing but a sweetheart to me and not only me but when people walk through the door she makes sure they are greeted and taken care of. Definitely recommend this salon!

I have never been in and had a bad experience usually the exact opposite. Have been getting hair cut and colored for over a year and always leave loving it! Also have had many a manicure and pedicure, love the extra pampering given by the staff. Had my first faciel last week and it will not be the last - loved it, Christine took the time to ask questions about by skin and it was wonderful.

I have only started going to Tresses since it moved to its new location in Merchant's Plaza. The salon is beautiful! I have found the staff to be very professional and highly skilled. Christine, the owner, cuts my hair and my daughter's hair and does an amazing job! Not only is she fun and great with my daughter, she is incredibly patient. My hair is challenging because it is naturally curly and wants to do its own thing. My daughter is challenging because she's 8 and wants to do HER own thing (which does not include sitting still for a haircut!). I've also had the pleasure of having both manicures and pedicures done at Tresses and have been incredibly pleased with both the results and the cleanliness of all the equipment. Tresses is the only place I'll go!

I have always had good experiences at Tresses. As soon as you walk through the door they greet you with a smile and always offer me a beverage. I have been going to Tresses since they opened a couple of years ago and have seen two stylists there. Samantha does a fabulous job but had to cut back her hours, so I started going to Christine, the owner, who always does a great job on my cut and colors. I get great compliments on my hair ALL the time!! The new facility is also very nice and comfortable! I always recommend Tresses to my friends and family!

Tresses Salon is the best. The owner is never in a bad mood or are her other employees. Obviously, the bad review is from a prior employee who has a beef. Don't let one sour employee shadow your decision to not frequent the salon. Those of you who have used Tresses, knows this is not true.

I visited the new Tresses Salon at Merchants Plaza (1 Old Dover Road Rochester, NH - Next to TD Bank) Kayla washed, cut, and styled my hair. She did a awesome job and was very pleasant and professional. I felt very relaxed here and enjoyed this very much. The services were surprisingly affordable given the upscale service that I had received. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
