I really love it there.They are nice and friendly.The shop is very clean.The price is really good and they guarantee there job.The best part they have BONUS CARD.I love the way they do my design it all free hand. So I really recommend people to this place.

This place was recommended to me by a girlfriend. It's across the street from Market Basket in Rochester. It's new and I heard it was cheap. So I tried it. Walked in, asked if they took walk ins, an employee says yes, wait 5 minutes. So I wait , I wait, and I wait. After 30 minutes , I asked an employee how much longer will it be because I can come back another time? They tell me another 5 minutes! I was seated with one nail tech, who started my service, then bounced around 4-5 times to another nail tech, each time being asked to move over here this person can finish your manicure, or oh can you move over here with her now. Poor customer service. Once a client is seated and one person starts a service that same person should finish the service! I was treated poorly, they were rude and unapologetic for the wait. If I had been told upfront how long I would have to wait to be seen that would of made a huge difference. With as many nail salons in Rochester and surrounding areas I don't recommend this place. There are many other places that do a better job for less money.

Never again!! Don't waste your time or money here.
