Rochester Center for Behavioral Medicine

Throughout my lifetime, 70+ years, I have been to many different places for help with various things I've had to deal with. Often my insurance would dictate where I could go to seek help. However, the majority of the time I had the best coverage and would seek the most highly recommended therapists. If anyone can work with
RCBM, they are privileged since I have found them to be the best of the best. Don't expect immediate miracles and understand that YOU must put in the work to make progress. I am very pleased with everything about this Center and give it my highest recommendation.

Not sure how the therapists are since I did not get past the rude behavior of the front desk girl on the phone. I hung up! If she is that unprofessional I wonder at the rest of the office. There is no way I want my daughter going there for help.

This center I would say has probably sixteen if not MORE counselors, therapists, & 3 licensed nurses. I'm not sure if those young receptionists even KNOW what they are doing at those desks. LET ALONE sending to the billing department??? I have BCBS....I have been billed incorrectly on TWO separate occasions, & DOUBLE billed on another!!! Obviously, BCBS has taken it to the next step in their department.
