Terrible customer service...the worst.

Nice showroom, but beware. Deceptive sales pitches. Told item over the holidays that the item we ordered if it wasn't on the next truck, it would be on the truck after that. No calls, nothing. Next we are informed that it would take 10-12 business days. We waited--again no show. Next we were told that it is a special order and the item would take 4-6 weeks. When you call for a status on where it is at, only the salesperson who sold it to you can give you an answer, which is he doesn't know where it is. Frustrating and poorly run business. Shop around the show room if you dare, but like someone said before, go somewhere else.

I purchased a Whirlpool washer from Bill Kreager on July 7th. He was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. The washer was delivered the next morning and the delivery crew quickly set up the machine and cleaned up the packaging before leaving.

i purchased a washer, dryer, microwave from this company on woodward ave. after having the washing machine for about 9 months it stopped working. when i called the salesperson (supervisor) he refused to assist me at all. he said there was nothing they could do and was insulting and arrogant and flippant as though he was on drugs. his demenor was unbelievable. he hung up on me. after they got my money i was throw away material. i would never recommend anyone to patronize this store ever. i eventually purchased another one from another company. this place needs to be investigated by the attorney general. i would not recommend!!!!!!!!!!!!
