We were recommended Certified Relocation through a common friend . I called them up and was happy to learn and satisfy myself with the response I generated from the customer service department to move into my new place and also for relocating my storage unit. The entire team was really nice and the people that work for this company are as nice . I found them very professional and friendly. After the job was done the amount due was less than the initial quote and since they completed it before time the amount reduced a little lower than the initial estimate for which I had to face a little inconvenience of going to my bank and ordering a separate cheque for them otherwise their service was not bad at all.

I found Certified Relocation here on Yahoo and they were great from the beginning, i scheduled for the move on the phone and the lady suggest that one of their rep. To come to our apartment and make a quote that the price will not exceed, which is good not to be surprised at the end of moving day!! The guy came on time his name is Ofir and gave us several quotes depending on the work, we choose one. On the moving day 3 movers came on time they were very professional They wrapped and packed everything in very short time! Very impressive! Also the unpacking was great, they did almost everything but the kitchen stuff, and the end the price was less than we expected which made us very happy.. Excellent company made our move very easy...

Certified Relocation was recommended to me by not one but two separate friends with unadulterated enthusiasm, I was hopeful. As soon as I spoke with the salesperson about the specifics of our move, I was sold ! He asked the right questions to get a clear picture of what our move would entail, he was polite, and patient, and generally helped me to feel at ease about the entire process.



When moving day arrived and the team showed up, I was even more impressed. I had to dash off to the new place to set up some things, but when I arrived back at the old place about a half hour later, we were well on the way to having most of our bulkier bits of furniture packed up. They also provided useful, convenient wardrobe boxes to me to carry my closet's contents Excellent moving ability, they are still recommend.

We were recommended Certified Relocations by our neighbours who had hired them last week for their relocation . We got a chance to watch them out in real once again since we have used them twice in the past 4 years and both the times they were great -- courteous, prompt and handled the most arcane of obstacles, such as a narrow spiral staircase in a constricted space through which they managed to fit my monstrous queen-sized mattress! . The only concern I had is that they arrived 15-20 mins late than the expected time and they owed it was only due to the bad weather conditions which in a way disrupted our schedule a bit, otherwise they were absolutely no nonsense and made all possible attempt to make our move stressfree.

We were recommended Certified Relocations by a fellow colleague who had recently took their services as for me I consider myself the foremost expert on moving and I've also re-located about once a year for the past 10 years and have the capability to distinguish a bad moving company from a good one so I decided to give a try to this new company and I think this company hands down the best moving service I have ever used! I used them for my move from my apartment to a few blocks away and believe me they came out to be like real professional service providers and they were not only speed but also dependable and most importantly all my stuff showed up in great condition. Highly recommended.

Right from beginning the service from Certified Relocations was great, the movers showed up right on time. The main reason why I hired movers was for the incredibly heavy sofa bed. Again, after carefully wrapping the sofa, they managed to navigate the three flights of stairs without a nick on any walls. Although they were drenched in sweat afterwards, they still maintained a smile as they moved onto the next big item. Then I considered the amount of care they took to protect the furniture, the difficulties of the staircases, and travel time between the two properties, and realized that 5 hours was quite reasonable. I presume my $600 had been well spent. Just have extra cash on hand for a good tip, as these guys do work hard.

I got an appointment with Certified Relocations at the last minute only.. Everyone I spoke to was extremely polite and helpful. The movers themselves were friendly, careful, and efficient. Everything wound up where it was supposed to go with no damage to any of my possessions or my home. They came in under their estimate. The next day they called me to check that everything went OK. At every stage of the moving process I felt that things were well under control, alleviating all my anxieties and concerns. I would unquestionably use them again and enthusiastically recommend them.

Certified Relocations are the best movers ever. I have a huge library and these guys really came through. They were quick and safe and secure as well. They carried loads of boxes on their backs - three boxes at a time, downstairs, like it was nothing. There is no one I can ever trust again with my stuff. Give em a ring if you need movers, you shall not go wrong. I have moved quite a number of times over the past seven years, and Henry and his team were amazing! I called them at 10:30 pm on a Sunday night for a move the following day at 5 pm Henry called me back at 7 am on Monday and was incredibly efficient in organizing the move for that day. When they arrived at my apartment I have to admit I was a total disaster. I hadn't really packed up everything that needed to be moved so the two of them (as fast as I'd ever seen anyone do anything) boxed my entire apartment! The pick up, boxing, moving to my new apt and unloading all took 1.5 hours. Incredible. Separately, they were so helpful once in the new apartment. They dealt with our indecision about the location of various bookshelves and dressers and moved things around quite a few times. I will 100% use them again!

These guys were really good. I moved on a Sunday, which I don't think happens very often, so they arrived SUPER early. I thought it wouldn't take them very long, but I misjudged how difficult it would be to get my couch into my new apartment. These guys did everything they could think of to get it in and finally, they did. They were very careful not to break or scratch anything and they worked quickly. I was so stressed that when they asked me to check the truck to make sure I hadn't forgotten anything, I barely looked. I realized later, they had forgotten to bring in one of the garment boxes that had all my bedding, half my clothes and all my pillows. It was a cold night for me, but as soon as I called the next day, they went out and found it and delivered it to me when I got home from work. For the price, they were great and I would recommend them.

Stay Away. Bait & switch. Don't do what they say. Increase in price. VERY LATE delivery. Damaged my furniture. Add on forced at pick up. Save yourself the stress and disappointment.

My friend of many years recommended that I call Certified Relocations when I was making a move from New York to Tennessee. Am I glad I did!! Not only did they do a great job moving my things, but were very accommodating when I needed to make changes to my moving date and my list of items to be moved (at almost the last minute no less). I ended up paying slightly less than I had anticipated since I did not move as many items as I originally thought I would, and still received amazing service from beginning to end! This was such a big move for me after living in the same place in the city for so long, and the crew at Certified made it a breeze....I am more than happy to pay forward my recommendation of this mover - they are A+!

Hey these guys were good. They were punctual, pleasant, and efficient. I usually move myself, with a few exceptions, but my lady partner decided she didn't want to lift any heavy stuff. It was actually kind of nice to not have to carry stuff since my back ain't what it used to be. At any rate, they loaded up her stuff at her place, then drove to mine to load up my stuff, and were done unloading at the new place in under 3 hours. Good work.

My mother referred this place to me, and I can honestly say that they did a wonderful job. They showed up early, and didn't bill us for the extra few minutes. Their staff were courteous and helpful. They provided wardrobe boxes that were free as long as you emptied them by the time they were done being contracted.



They also shrink wrapped everything that could open, to prevent both damage to the furniture and themselves.



Will definitely use again, and will most definitely refer to anyone looking for a moving company.

What a pleasure. I had multiple dealings with these guys from estimate, to moving, to storage, coordinating from out o town to delivery to my new place today. Courteous, every one of them cares about doing a good job, great attitude, cheerful, real pros. Highly recommend them. And on top of all that, they were reasonably priced. I'd pay more for them, but they don't charge it. I gave them a tip and they deserved it.
