I gave 1 star because it won't let you do none. I was buying a house and this company did the appraisal. We couldn't get the loan because they said the floors needed to be sanded and re-stained, and the walls needed painting. Yeah no crap! Who buys a house and doesn't paint walls. They gave the floors and walls "POOR" as a rating. I will back out of the next house I'm trying to buy if they get picked to do the appraisal.

Ruthless sharks... Mrs Strickland came to my door questioning our HOA fees, schools etc and proceeded to tell me my neighbor's personal business. (My neighbor had just passed away a few weeks prior) This company has ZERO class and is no better than a flim-flamming door to door salesman. Have some respect for a grieving family instead of driving around bothering all of the neighbors. Do your job... (As she puts it)..... Look the information up yourself!
