        Had an appointment to see the resident opthomalogist and received the basic minimal eye exam. It was not a thorogh or in depth exam at all. Afterwards I was told to come back in a month to see if there would be any changes and then I would be referred to a specialist at Duke. Complete waste of time and money.

        Overall

        Dr. Critchlow is a great eye doctor, best in our area. He is a Christian, has a great attitude and sense of humor. The Senior Techs are knowledgeable and polite. The wait time can be long here, but that is typical of any specialist in our area. The optical department seems to me to be higher priced than some others and it takes longer to get glasses made and back, but that is typical of our area too. I trust my eyes to Dr. Critchlow and his staff!
