Proclean Cleaners

I picked up my two piece suit from pro clean on Monday 11-16-15. Imagine my surprise when I was going to wear it to an event. It smelled musky and had the same spot on it that was supposed to be moved. I Took it back 11-17-15 and I was asked what the spot was. It might have been food and I was not sure. But it was on the front of the suit jacket and I assumed it was food. The (employee) Mary then informed me that pro clean does not remove food during the cleaning process and that they can only remove oil products. I then questioned her about the odor of the suit and all she could say was nothing was let out of pro clean without being thoroughly cleaned. REALLY. I then asked why the lining of the back of the skirt was still wrinkled and I was informed that pro clean does not do lining as part of the dry cleaning process. Indifferent is the polite term I will use for the service and attitude I received from your employees. As I was leaving Mary waited until I was almost to the door before saying in a very sarcastic voice "have a nice day" I stopped turned around not believing how it was said and decided to just say "thank you" in a pleasant voice. Why is it so difficult to help a paying customer solve an issue. Where are the social and business manners of your employees? By the way the function I attended Monday night was my swearing in ceremony as Councilwoman/May Pro tem for the city of Riverview. Yes I was one of the council people who helped approve your building the strip mall that is part of pro clean. Disappointment only begins to describe my attitude towards pro clean of Riverview. Will I be back, only to pick up my suit. Will I support pro clean of Riverview? Only you as management will be able to answer that question. Will I caution people who are going to use your dry cleaning facility?

Again management needs to set a higher standard for its employees. Lynn B.

If u could give a less star, I would have. Worst customer service ever! Came in to dry clothes only and it was 7:50 pm. Clerk comes up and says we close and 9pm, u know that right! No, hi no being friendly. I usually never come her cause it smells and the machines Smell like mold and in the past have not cleaned my family's clothes all the way! I remember when the used to be open till 11 and were friendly! I've lived near pro clean for 23 years! I'll be sticking to Wyandotte laundromat from now on.

Horrible, horrible customer service. I have never been so offended as I was by the supervisor of this establishment. The place is dirty, the staff is rude and unfriendly and usually very unkempt. The attitude is certainly not customer first. No one could make a decision, and I was told that the reason for my dry cleaning order not done as directed was, "We are all human and as humans we make misakes. Since the order was split, the girls did not read the directions for the entire order." This sounds like a management issue to me. If I could give less than one star, I would. I have never written a review of a company before but people need to know about this place. Any other dry cleaning company would be a step up from the ProClean in Riverview.

This is the worst Laundromat. The floors are filthy, half the machines are broken down, there is dust hanging from the burnt out neon tubing, The staff is incredibly loud, rude and treat you as if you're a nuisance to them. I try to support Riverview businesses as much as I can, but this is one I will not. I will be using a Laundromat in Wyandotte instead.

Horrible Service from most of the staff for dry cleaning. I was given attitude every time I went. First time I went I was told to wait so the woman working could smoke. Another time, when I asked to get it the next day. She looked at me and said do you really need it? Can't you wait two days? in a very rude tone. The rude tone and poor customer service skills make me never want to go again. As for the cleaning, I got some clothing back and it smelled musty and gross. Don't get dry cleaning there.
