Ship or Shore

Horrible company.. Tried to make my reservation on their website. Couldn't. Called and talked to Bob who told me the website wasn't working, they didn't know how to correct it. He took my reservation for pickup for a cruise in 3 days, and my return pickup at the end of the cruise. No reservation number. "we don't do that". Really??? We waited at our hotel for the pickup on a Sat. AM....they FORGOT us. Bob was out of town so he sent his 70+ year old father to pick us up - - nice guy, but shouldn't be driving. After the cruise, there were many phone calls to Bob to be picked up. He couldn't get his story straight as to who was going to pick us up. They had a different company scheduled to pick us up...no, someone else was gonna pick us up....no, Bob was going to pick us up, just hold tight he'll be right there. 3-4 PHONE CALLS. Once we connected with Bob he spent the whole time on the phone in the truck (it's his OFFICE), answering calls, scheduling pickups and taking more calls, eyes looking down at his phone the whole time (the road, please???). EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Nice, but shouldn't be running a business. Sorry. I WANT to like you, I just can't.

Bob with Ship or Shore totally rocks. He met our party of 10 at our hotel, took care of the mountain of luggage and dropped us off right at the door of the port. He then was there at the end of the cruise to get everyone in the party that had to get to the airport. My mother-in-law was totally impressed and that isn't easy. Thanks, Bob.
