very fast, friendly, and most important honest service to fix my air condtioner. I will bring my car here for other repairs.

I had my car towed to Advanced Auto air after a transmission line started leaking. I paid $75 to have it "repaired" (the only option I was given). I also said the car was vibrating at idle and thought it might be a motor or transmission mount. The mechanic replaced the tranny mount but said it didn't fix it and would require the flywheel to be balanced (flywheel on an automatic?), a cost of $300+. 5 month later the transmission started leaking again. I took it to a different mechanic this time. Come to find out, the transmission line "repair" involved reconnecting and clamping the rubber line. The line really needed to be replaced and this was not told to me. On top of that, the transmission mount that I paid to be replaced had never been replaced. I called Advanced auto air to resolve this and I was met with a bad attitude. When I protested that I was hung up on. I tried to call back and just kept getting hung up on.

Good service experience! They fixed my car quickly, and the price was way less than I was quoted at another place. It's so nice to know there is actually an auto shop around that is honest and isn't trying to rip me off! I referred a few other people to them with the same results. If I have a problem in the future I'm bringing it back here!

My car would not start at all yesterday after running great non-stop and I am quite poor so could pay an arm and a leg to get it fixed. I found out about Advanced Auto Air through yellowpages.com and was not at all disappointed! I got my car fixed very inexpensive, very quickly and very courteous! I take my Firebird to Advanced Auto Air whenever I need any repair or maintenance. I can depend on Rick to give me an honest assessment of any problems, charge me a very competitive price for repairs, advise me on the necessity of work that actually needs to be done if oil change businesses tell me I need work on my car, and check out my car to be road trip ready for driving long distances. I had an oil leak that he fixed and my car now uses no oil between oil changes. I have had air conditioning problems and have never had to go to a great expense in fixing them, because Rick has always told me the truth. Being a single woman, it is wonderful to find an honest businessman to rely upon in the car repair business.

I have an older truck 93 GMC which had major problems. I spoke to Rick the mechanic/owner told him my problems. He confirmed some I knew and gave me symptoms of what was happening - he was RIGHT ON.He told me what he had to do, prices and how much time it would take. Once again, he was RIGHT ON.I left there happy, truck should run for another year or two, and beer money to spare if you know what I mean.
