Marvin Hagen is the founder of Hagen Collision. He opened our first location in August of 1999. We moved to our current location in 2004. Since 2008 Marv's children have owned and operated the company. Marv Hagen was in the auto body business for over 40 years. In that time he has worked all facets of the business. Russell Hagen (Co-Owner) has 19 years of experience in auto body and painting. He has schooling in Diamont, PPG and Sherwin Williams paints. Russell has worked for dealerships in management and has extensive experience in writing estimates for insurance companies using CCC, ADP, and Mitchell Estimation Systems. Larry Hagen (Co-Owner) has 15 years of auto body experience. He is certified in the following I Car classes: Frame Repair, Color Matching, Air Bag Analyst, Welding and Unibody Repair. Matt Hagen (Co-Owner) has 11 year experience and is our Shop Manager. He keeps the shop running inside and out. Also he keeps our various computer programs up to date; CCC Pathways (for estimating), Genesis (for our frame machine), Smart Trax color matching (paint), Mitchell (air bags). He is also our parts specialist and estimator. Julie Hagen (Co-Owner) is our Office Manager. She keeps our paperwork up to date along with making phone calls, accounting and keeps the shop running. Hagen Collision CARSTAR is committed to helping the customers have a smooth experience in repairing their car or truck. Customers are already under too much stress as a result of an accident. We concentrate on these points to achieve this goal. We will have parts here at the shop before the customer arrives to eliminate delays. Repair car or truck in time allowed by the insurance companies, usually figuring 5 hour/day working time per vehicle. Match paint to customer satisfaction with a lifetime guarantee on fading, cracking or peeling on newer vehicles. Returning your vehicle in pre-accident condition with lifetime guarantee excluding normal wear Working with insurance companies using CCC Pathways and digital imaging Treating customers in a pleasant way and answering questions they may have. Too many customers are treated as if they don't matter, their cars are too old or not worth an estimate. Estimates are free and no one is put off because there is a low possibility of repair. We work with every insurance company. We have the training and technical know how to get the job done right. We are a preferred shop for many insurance companies.
