Genovesi Glass & Mirror

Called for initial in home assessment. After 2 days he called me back and set up an appointment. He came as scheduled, on time. Stated he could take care of the frameless glass shower door. Said he would call back with pricing and order the parts. I never heard back from him. I called twice leaving detailed messages. I still have not heard back from him. I am very disappointed as he seemed personable but he is just like the rest...unreliable. Don't bother, go with another company. Not worth the headache.

Dan installed my frameless shower about two years ago. It looks very nice; but, from day one, the shower door leaked like a sieve. I called him back and after multiple messages and no return phone calls, finally got a hold of him and got him to return. He caulked some areas and left. The door continued to leak; so, I called him in late October asking if there was anything he could do. I asked him to treat it like a service call. I was willing to pay for him to fix his original poor installation. He said he would order a few parts and come to the house. I called again just before Thanksgiving and he said he was waiting for the parts. Here it is, the middle of December and I left him another message with no return phone call. This guy does not stand by his work. And, he is horrible at returning phone messages. Be careful if you're going to use this guy to install your frameless shower.
