Horrible customer service. Been a longtime customer for years and when I call the owner/manager about an employee with bad customer service skills, he says he does not believe she said what she said and I could take my business elsewhere. Never will I return and they have lost out on a lot of money that I have and would have spent with them. Simply sad..
