Rude and obnoxious lady in the store who will not admit what she did wrong. There are plenty other dry cleaners in the area and certainly not recommending this one.

I dropped off a duvet that needed a new zipper. I was told to come back in a week, that they were going to replace the zipper with 5 pr. of velcro. I went back a week later and was told the 5 pr. of velcro would not hold, they needed to put in one long strip of velcro and to come back in 3 days, (I personally think they should've called me and saved me a trip but that's just me) So, I went back AGAIN on Saturday, the girl giggled and said "Oh, I totally forgot about your duvet, someone else dropped one off and I did that this morning, but forgot yours. I will drop it off at your house Monday, let me have your address." So, I gave her my address. Monday came AND WENT, and still no duvet or phone call (now they've had my duvet for 2 WEEKS!!!). Tuesday morning, I drove over there thinking it would be done and that they were just too busy to drop it off. I walked in and right there on the counter IN A HEAP AND WITH THE ZIPPER STILL IN IT, was my duvet!!!! I was SEETHING!!!!!!!!!!!! I was so angry I couldn't even speak, I put my ticket on the counter, told the girl I was taking this now and I scooped it up and walked out. If you need a dry cleaner or tailor, go the few extra miles to Pompton Lakes cleaners by the A&P, they know what they're doing and THEY'RE CHEAPER.
