DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT RENT FROM THIS WOMAN! 1 star is TOO MUCH! She is a schemer and very unprofessional. Ex: Waited 3 days before the event to ask for $375 security deposit (completely paid for place in August). Did not have a fridge, oven, or hot water. Would not allow tables to be rearranged (would charge extra money if they were moved). Would not allow a bar to be set up in other area because she didn't want ice on that side. Kitchen was NASTY. Had old box with mold sitting on top of shelf that appeared to be molded. Did not provide trash bags, the ice cream freezer she had did not work and almost did not even allow us to bring in ice. PLEASE, I BEG YOU, GO SOMEWHERE, ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!! She has two or three locations and they all have different numbers. I was at VIP Events Center at 7643 Hwy 85, Riverdale, GA.

I used this location back in April of 2015 and I must say, I was very pleased with the staff and the set up. Co Co was so cool, she even help promote my event to her clients. I was so happy with everything that I've decided to bring all my business to her and have referred others. All I can say is, keep up the good work

Lovely place nice friendly staff our 50th surprise bday party was fabulous with the help of Mrs coco,this event hall is elegant and I love how the staff just help make our red carpet event so fabulous. I will be back to book my anniversary party next year. Love this PLC.

This facility was very professional with our wedding,ms coco the manager took was very nice and helpful,location was excellent and beautiful,ill definitely use this place again and love how ftiendly and nice the staff where.

I had an event and everything went well. The only thing I needed to do was get there with my guest. The food was awesome and everyone in attendance complimented us on the party. One of guest was so pleased that they had a party there. I am surprised by the bad reviews. Barrye w.

Don't ever event with these people they are unbelievable rube called me and my family all kinds of names over the phone. And this matter has be taken to another step. This Business should not be open with the type of people that work there. I don't hate people what I will say I strongly dislike this company and no one should ever be treated in such way. Especially if I'm spending $450 plus dollars to have my special event here. I'm glad it didn't get that far and I was able to take my business and money elsewhere. I tried to call to get prices for a reception that I am having next year and the woman who answered the phone was so unbelievably rude. I am shocked that this is a real business. She told me that I was not having a real event and that I was just trying to get her prices. For some strange reason she thought that I was playing on her phone. I even tried to call her back to clear up things and she would not let me speak, she told me to call another event facility, and she hung up in my face. I would never give my business to someone with that kind of attitude. She had no regard for a potential customer. I'm really in shock.

I HATED THE SERVICE, THE PLACE, THE OWNER. SHE IS MEAN AND STUPID AND STOLE $2,500 FROM MY FAMILY AND DIDN'T LET ME HAVE MY PARTY HERE AFTER WE PAYED. THE POLICE ARE STILL TRYING TO TRACK HER DOWN AND I HOPE WE CAN GET OUR MONEY BACK. THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE AND THE OWNER IS A CRIMINAL!!!
