Amazing Grace Carpet Cleaning

I use this Carpet Cleaner and the experience was excellent. I got the deep cleaning and followed the instructions of the technician it dried well. John was very professional. I always used Stanley Steamer but I will continue to use his services in the future because he got the job done and for less.

If you want to be treated unprofessionally, rudely and have profanity to used at you when you have concerns r/e the job use this service. I utilized the service per an advertisement sign on Hwy 85. John Grace has absolutely NO cust svc skills. I had to call him back to ask what post cleaning instructions there are. I had never gotten my carpet cleaned before and didnt know what to expect or do. After 2 days, my carpet started smelling sour. I called him. He asked...didn't you leave the windows open to let it dry? I told him he never instructed me to do that. .He proceeded to berate me for not doing so and said I shouldn't be calling him this early for this bulls&*t and hung up. NEVER EVER use this man's services if you are used to profesional behaviour from a carpet cleaning service. I later discovered that typically professional carpet cleaners do not do deep cleaning on rainy days..due to the drying issue. It rained that whole weekend...it was raining when he cleaned our carpet!
