Mai's Eyebrows

If I could give it no stars I would. I went in today and I told her(Ilene) I just need my brows trimmed a little and cleaned up. I told her that more than once. When she was done I glanced at them and paid her. Once I got in my car I noticed that one brow looked really blotchy and over plucked. I went back in and I told her what was going on and that I needed it fixed and all she kept saying was “I didn’t go near the brow, I didn’t touch it” well obviously she did because my brows weren’t like that when I went in. So her mom I’m guessing tells her just do what I want and I sit down in hopes that she’d fix it but once it’s done it’s worse than before. I try telling her that and at this point I’m upset well her mom steps in and starts basically yelling at me what do you want us to do? (There’s nothing to do at this point.)She says you want your money back, yea I do but that’s not going to fix what was done! I tell them I’m never coming back and I will be posting, I don’t know how you can let your customers walk out like that and the mom comes after me saying “what do you want us to do” “what is it that you want” she practically followed me all the way out to my car. Again there’s nothing to be done at this point. Had she done what i asked we wouldn’t be here. Ilene has no customer service/people skills and the fact that she lets customers walk out like that is beyond me. Mai should be aware of the people she has working there but she also sat back as all this was unfolding.
