Kids Kreation

My child has been enrolled with Kids Kreations for six months and as the parent, I feel like I'm left in the dark about what he does all day. He's a little over 18-months now and he can't tell me what he's done all day. I can't talk to his teachers becuase they're not there when I drop him off in the mornings, and already gone when I pick up in afternoons.

I don't feel like my child is abused at the this place, but I'm not sure he's receiving all the attention he needs. I know I'm not.

There is zero communication between the staff (I refuse to call them teachers) and parents about the care of their children. If you ask, you will be misled about what goes on with your child throughout the day, and outright lied to if whatever happened will make the daycare staff look bad. There is absolutely no concern about how your children are cared for. If you want your children neglected behind your back, yelled at by inexperienced staff, or "supervised" by untrained people who may or may not speak English, and therefore cannot communicate important information to the parent, then this may be the daycare for you. It's a shame they are still in business.
