Wet & Wild Car Wash

DO NOT GO HERE!! They lie to you. I prepaid for a wash in March. Went back today (9/29) and was told they don't honor it since the new owner started 7 months ago, um it was 6 months ago almost to the date when I purchased it. Lie #1. Asked to speak to owner and the lady told me he wasnt there. Went and got my car back and the guy on the line said she was one of the owners-lie 2! Sounds like trying to scam me out of money.

The Worst Customer Service and Car Wash Experience!

This was the first time I have visited this car wash and I will NEVER return! I pulled my car up near the vacuums and went inside to pay for my wash. After paying I stood near the window to watch my car go trough and realized that my driver side mirror was broken off. I quickly went up to the counter and told the man and he said he would call a manager and I could wait outside for him. I waited for my car to come through the wash and be polished for 15 min and still no manager. I went back inside and spoke to the man behind the counter and said no one had come to talk to me. He followed me outside and found the "manager" for me to talk to. The "manager" said that there was nothing he could do and told me to look at all of the other cars coming out of the car wash none of them had missing mirrors so it must have been my fault. All I wanted was a refund and he said he had no power over that and the man who did, the owner was not here. I went back inside and there was a young lady behind the counter. I told her my situation and she said that the owner was in a meeting but he should be out soon if I wanted to leave a number. As I started to leave my information the SAME guy that I had paid, initially complained to, and said he'd find a manager to help me walked out and was introduced to me as the OWNER!! I could not believe it! I told him all I wanted was a refund and he REFUSED because they had performed the service and there was nothing he could do for me. So not only am I out the $13.88 I paid for the car wash I also have to pay to repair my mirror. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

Very unprofessional of staff to hang up while in a conversation with an unhappy customer and then not answering the phone on a return call. My wife brought my vehicle in for a car wash and believes that was a big scratch on it after it came out. Now they want to charge to review the cameras, I believe that's possibly illegal. So unprofessional and not customer friendly.
