We have four daughters and Dr Phil has a down to earth approach to there care that is unrivaled by any Dr I have met. He is patient and kind when it comes to dealing with our children 2 with special needs and is always willing to listen to parent concerns and provides a warm and friendly response. His staff is one of the best. Even when dealing with the dreaded Tricare they are patient and persitant in getting us the best care. Wish he handled adults.
