Diana's Best Friends Grooming

I DO NOT KNOW where all the negative reviews are about. I have been taking my dogs to Diana for over 14 years (4 different dogs) I always receive excellent customer service and they treat my dogs wonderful. I am very pleased with the care my dogs get. I highly recommend Diana and her staff for the wonderful care they give the animals and for their great smiles and dedication to terrific customer service. Thank you all for all your hard work. Plus my dogs always look just beautiful when I pick them up

I do not know what the negative reviews are about!! I have taken my two dogs there and have been very pleased with how they looked. As soon as they were ready, I was called. The staff is friendly and loves dogs. This is our girls groomer spot.-

I have been taking Mindy to Diana's for about 4 years. I am always very pleased with how she looks when I pick her up. In addition to grooming, Diana takes care of Mindy when I travel. She is so excited when I pull into the parking lot at the shop because she knows she will be with her friends. I highly recommend Diana and her staff for the wonderful care they give the animals.

I was hesitant after reading the other reviews here, so I checked them out in person before I brought in my dogs. I found Best Friend's Grooming to be friendly, courteous, and professional. My dogs looked shiny, smelled great, and didn't seem stressed at all. They were not overly thirsty and did not need to go potty. This groomer takes in animals from 7 am to 9 am and they are done on a first-come, first-serve basis, but you are informed of this when you make the appointment. I brought mine in at 7 am and they were done before noon, which is the same amount of time they have spent at other groomers. I'll be returning!

I rarely publish reviews online unless I am either really happy or incredibly disappointed with a business. Diana's Best Friends Grooming flayed our schnauzer! We are unsure if they used a dull blade, or shaved him too close but he has small bleeding bumps all over his body. His hair is also patchy, with several long patches on his belly. His nails were also not trimmed. This is not the first problem we have had with Diana's, about 6 months ago they increased their prices without informing us until AFTER our dogs had been groomed. We were once loyal customers, but we will NEVER return to Diana's.

This place is terrible. Sure you get a decent price and they do cut hair fairly well but when I drop my dogs off at 8am, I expect them to be done within a couple of hours, not 7 hours later. When I went to pick up my dogs, they were covered in fur, I guess that's to be expected, but seeing someone's dog poop on the cutting table?? Obviously this means they don't take the dogs out to poop or pee and when my dogs got home, boy, were they thirsty!! They are terrible people. Not nice at all. I would suggest never going there if you love your dog!!!

THIS PLACE SUCKS. I HAD AN APPT AT 9 AM FOR MY DOG AND I CALLED AT 11 AM AND HE HAD NOT EVEN BEEN STARTED. I WAS TOLD HE WOULD BE READY IN THE AFTERNOON. I WAS TOLD THEY OPEN AT 7 AM AND ITS FIRST COME FIRST SERVED. NOT ONE PERSON OR DOG WAS THERE WHEN I DROPPED OFF MY DOG. I WENT AND PICKED HIM UP AS I DIDN'T WANT HIM SITTING THERE FOR 6 HOURS. TRUST ME. DON'T GO THERE. THEY AREN'T EVEN FRIENDLY WHEN YOU WALK IN .
